We offer various volunteer roles to support our programs:
Head Coach

Role: Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective communication with parents and creating a supportive environment for all participants.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement practice plans.
- Mentor and guide athletes.
- Coordinate with assistant coaches and volunteers.

Qualifications: Prior coaching experience is beneficial but not mandatory. A passion for working with youth and promoting teamwork is essential.
1:1 Assistant Coach

Role: Provide individualized support to a specific athlete, offering guidance and assistance to help them participate fully in activities.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the athlete in understanding and executing drills.
- Offer encouragement and positive reinforcement.
- Adapt activities to meet the athlete’s needs.

Qualifications: No prior sports experience required. Patience, empathy, and a supportive attitude are key.
Peer Mentor

Role: Students without disabilities (K-12) who play alongside athletes, promoting mutual growth.

Responsibilities:
- Engage in sports activities with athletes.
- Foster friendships and teamwork.
- Serve as a positive role model.

General Volunteer

Role: Support event operations and ensure a smooth experience for all participants.

- Assist with event setup and breakdown.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes.
- Provide support during events as needed.
- Qualifications: Organizational skills and a willingness to assist in various tasks.
